Meet Traci Evans, the Wild Blue Cats Volunteer for May. When asked to tell us something about her, here is what she said.
I lived in Pueblo, most of my life. I built Delta II rockets for 14 years and worked in a Hospital ER for 6 years. I remarried and moved to Black Forest. I have lived here for 8 years. I love living in the Forest!
I had heard of Wild Blue Cats, for a while, I decided to get involved August of 2017. The first kittens I cared for were from Texas, I will never look back!
I have been able to Foster cats, prepare frightened little ones for adoption, and learn more about how to care for them. Recently, I have started assembling the blue folder that goes with every little soul, that we have.
This organization is amazing, because of the people, and I am glad to be a part of this.
If you see Traci at the sanctuary, or even around town, be sure to say hi! Thank you Traci for all of your amazing work! Wild Blue is lucky to have a volunteer like you!
