Howdy and thanks for the opportunities to help the kitties and Wild Blue! In the past 3+ years, I am happy to help and the Santuary, Spay/Neuter Clinics, CatFest, our annual fund raiser and recently trained for Adoption Counselor.
Each Sunday, I also record all of the non spayed or non neutered kitten weights for the fosters, Kaylene’s and TNR program; there’s a bunch! Happily retired from a career in healthcare finance, I now focus on volunteering for quality programs close to my heart: Wild Blue Cats and Tri-Lakes Cares in Monument are how I support our two and four legger friends. I have 2 grown daughters who, thankfully, live in the Springs. They love cats as much as I do (hey, I raised ’em right!) and we all have rescue kitties.
I’ve loved cats all my life having them both as barn kitties on the farm with the horses, dogs and cattle as well as inside buddies. They are the best! My current kitty, Ms. Tiegan, is a senior I adopted and she is a pwincess!
I grew up in Colorado and enjoy all our sports teams, Air Force Falcons are my top, though! I also enjoy all kinds of music/concerts (Red Rocks is amazing!), movies and live theater, water sports, reading, baking and sewing.
I love to travel when I can but family is my priority. Thanks for letting me share part of me with you!
