Cat-A-Day – Day two!

Hey there, it’s me Blowfish. No, I don’t have spines, but I do have fluffy hair. I’m a medium-haired grey tabby and white male with a left clipped ear. Behind those big eyes I am a total sweetheart! I adore pets from the top of my head to the tip of my tail, and my purr motor is a healthy roar. I love to be brushed too to keep my fluff beautiful. I am ok being held briefly, like laps, and I am a human lover. I seriously relax when I am in a fluffy bed! I am lucky Wild Blue saved me from Roswell, NM. I probably was a housecat there, wandered off and no one claimed me. I did well in a smaller room with just a few calm kitties, and my sweet personality shined. Now that I am in a larger area with many more cats and more activity, it is taking me time to adjust, particularly with the more confident and sassy felines so I’m keeping a low profile.

All my medical needs are done, I am ready to find my new home and a gentle family to love; I do like calm kids. My estimated birthdate is 9/30/20, and I tested FIV+. I appreciate slow transitions when expanding my living space, so starting out in a small room and allowing me to feel comfortable before introducing other areas will help with my confidence. I need my adopter to follow the steps outlined in Wild Blue’s instructions when I go to my new home. I am a love bug just waiting for the right person.
